Dad is an engineer. He travels a lot. He is currently living in Hopewell, VA working for Rock Tenn. He loves to hunt, and to spend time in the woods. Dad also likes to mountain bike.
Mom is a mother of three children. David, Bella, and Sarah. She loves reading. She used to be a public school teacher, but when we came along she decided that she should home school us. Mom also belongs to a sorority group and a book group. She volunteers in the story hour at the Old Forge Library. She likes to climb the high peaks. She also takes piano and Karate and is currently a blue belt.
Bella does gymnastics at Joans School of Gymnastics. She is currently in level 7. She also takes Karate, and is currently a purple belt. She loves to read, and to do art. She is in piano, which she takes Louise Wilson who runs the Thomas Road Players, as well as fiddle and guitar which she takes from her grandfather Albert Worthen. Bella voulenteers in the sotry hour with mom and enjoys babysitting. Bella is 15.
Sarah takes ballet. She also participates in Karate. She has her purple belt. She likes to dance and sing. She also enjoys fashion and loves to shop. For her musical activities she participates in piano, and likes to play her full size drumset. Sarah also marches in the black river drummers and twirlers. Sarah is 11.
David participates in Karate. He is currently a purple belt. He loves literature. He loves to spend time with his grandfather Albert who owns Mountain Music. He likes to play with any electronics he can get his hands on. He is currently studying website dedign at MVCC. See his business site here>. David also enjoys listening to Bluegrass and Country music. David also plays the Banjo and piano. David is 17.
Freedom joined our family around the christmas holidays in 2009. He was adopted after our 21 year old cat died of kidney disease. We adopted him so that our other cat (At Far Left) called Angel would not be lonely. Freedom is far more taken with Tommy. You can see their favorite activities under Tommy C. Freedom is 4 years old. Angel was an adopted stray. She was found by a neighbor down the street. She joined us in November of 2006. She was very unfriendly towards people. She is getting warmer quickly. She is even beggining to sit on people's laps. Angel is about 10 years old. (Estimated B-Day: March 2003)
Tommy C is another adopted stray. He was found by a neighbor up the street. He joined us a day before thanksgiving, on November 23rd 2011. He is a very friendly cat who loves to be around people and is happy to have found his adopted brother Freedom. The two boys enjoy playing grooming and cuddling together. Tommy has filled out his body nicely. He is about 6 years old. (Estimated B-Day: March 2007)
