David loves to drive the Family Tractor. He uses it to do many chores around his families' property ~ In June he submitted a photo of it to the Utica Observer-Dispatch Newspaper. (Click on the photo to see David on the newspaper website!)
Bella's last concert for the season was held at the Academy of Performing & Creative Arts on June 14th. She performed "Gavotte" with her accompanist Mr John Freliegh.
Sarah celebrated her 9th birthday with a party held at her house on June 9th.

This spring Grandpa decided it was time to sell off his stocks and buy Nonna a Vacation Home!

In July the the Beck family were part of a Thomas Road Players production of "Port Leyden On The Home Front" ~ a play depicting events that could have occurred during the 2nd World War.

In celebration of their 50th wedding anniversary, Nonna & Grandpa took the whole family to Anastasia Island in Florida for a week of fun. We left home on July 24th and returned on August 2nd. To read about our trip, and to see our pictures, click on Nonna & Grandpa's photo.
Bella spent a week at the International Gymnastics Camp
in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvanna again this year!
In August we headed to Lodi, NY to attend the
2011 "Pickin' in the Pasture" Bluegrass Festival

On November 23rd 2011 we decided to adopt another stray cat. We named him Tommy because 1) Thomas Jefferson is an inspirational person, 2) He lived in the woods for a period of time and we thought he should be named something to resemble a tomboy, and 3) we wanted something that ended in a 'y' hense Tommy.
